Envision - Alaska Regional HospitalStart Date: as soon as credentialed Dates: ongoing 7-14 shifts per month LOA (# of days worked): Work Schedule: Minimum, 1 block of 7 shifts required per month; you may work more than 7 shifts in one trip, if you prefer Call Schedule: rotating call FACILITY INFORMATION Inpatient or Outpatient: Open ICU but requires consult for all patients. ICU bed count is 10. Patient Volume: Average daily census is 60. Staffing Mix: APP noon- midnight Hours: 36 hrs. day (3 docs) + 1 Swing when needed (1 doc) + 12 hrs. night (1 doc), 12 APP (1) swing 20-25 encounters per doc, including admits 1 Critical Care doc on call at night, as well as 1 virtual health physician; APP works until 12a also.EMR Is training provided? ICU doc on-call and available for guidance/consultation
