Job Description - Greet patients and gather medical information.
- Give physical exams to make correct diagnoses.
- Work with Physicians and Nurses to prescribe and administer medications.
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment.
- Instruct patients and their families about best practices at home.
- Document and update patient records.
- Refer patients to specialists or order laboratory tests as needed.
- Outstanding opportunity to join our primary care practice that has been serving the community for more than 30 years and work alongside 2 board certified Internal Medicine physicians, 1 Physician Assistant and a tenured support staff.
- We offer a full spectrum of primary care services to our patients (ages 16 to 99) with access to an onsite phlebotomist and the option of virtual visits.

Qualifications - Knowledge of the professional medical practice and care to give and evaluate patient care.
- Knowledge of organizations policies, regulations and procedures to administer patient care.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care.
- Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment
- Skilled in applying and modifying the principles, methods and techniques of medicine to provide on-going patient care.
- Skilled in taking medical history, assessing medical conditions and interpreting finds, skilled in preparing and maintain records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining department quality assurance.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
- Ability to maintain quality control standards.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situation.
- Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- 3+ years of primary care experience required.
- Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manners, and possess excellent clinical skills.
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
- State licensure and board certification are required.
The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from $100k-$150k Annual. Final compensation will be based on a comprehensive assessment of your qualifications, including years of experience, educational background, and location.
