Job Description
  • Greet patients and gather medical information.
  • Give physical exams to make correct diagnoses.
  • Work with Physicians and Nurses to prescribe and administer medications.
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment.
  • Instruct patients and their families about best practices at home.
  • Document and update patient records.
  • Refer patients to specialists or order laboratory tests as needed.

  • We offer a full spectrum of primary care services to our patients (ages 16 to 99) with access to an onsite phlebotomist and the option of virtual visits.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the professional medical practice and care to give and evaluate patient care.
  • Knowledge of organizations policies, regulations and procedures to administer patient care.
  • Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care.
  • Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment
  • Skilled in applying and modifying the principles, methods and techniques of medicine to provide on-going patient care.
  • Skilled in taking medical history, assessing medical conditions and interpreting finds, skilled in preparing and maintain records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining department quality assurance.
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
  • Ability to maintain quality control standards.
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situation.
  • Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate clearly.
  • 3+ years of primary care experience required.
  • Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manners, and possess excellent clinical skills.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • State licensure and board certification are required.
The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from $100k-$150k Annual. Final compensation will be based on a comprehensive assessment of your qualifications, including years of experience, educational background, and location.
