Pharmacy Manager – Community Pharmacy | Elizabeth City, NC | Up to $72/hr

What You'll Do

• Oversee operations in a high-volume pharmacy (about 1,172 prescriptions per week)
• Lead and manage scheduling for a 240-hour weekly team, including 80 pharmacist hours and 160 technician hours
• Deliver excellent patient care while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Build strong relationships with patients and staff in a community setting
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals

What You'll Need

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist license (RPh or PharmD)
• Previous retail/community pharmacy management experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Clear, professional communication with patients, staff, and leadership
• Confidence managing a moderately high-volume pharmacy environment
