We are seeking a\ncompassionate, pediatric-trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our\ndedicated behavioral health team in Reading, PA. This full-time opportunity\noffers a balanced 4-day work week—three days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and one\nextended day from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM—providing both work-life balance and\ncontinuity of care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient\npsychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing medication management for\nchildren and adolescents.
• Collaborate with a\nmultidisciplinary team including therapists, pediatricians, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate\ndocumentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Engage in care coordination\nwith families, schools, and other healthcare providers when appropriate.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary of\n$165,000 – $180,000, based on experience.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in\nNursing from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted\nPennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license.
• Board Certification as a\nPsychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), with pediatric experience\nor certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of\nclinical experience in child/adolescent psychiatry (new grads with strong\npediatric backgrounds may be considered).
• Excellent communication,\ndocumentation, and collaboration skills.
