We are seeking a dedicated\nand compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join\nour well-established pediatric practice in Reading, PA. This full-time position\noffers a flexible 4-day work week and the opportunity to provide high- quality,\ncontinuity -focused care to children and families in a collaborative, supportive\nenvironment.

Position Highlights:

\n\n

• Schedule: 3 days per week\nfrom 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 1 extended day from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Seasonal Coverage:\nApproximately 7–8 Saturday shifts during peak winter months
• Patient Population: Newborns\nthrough adolescents
• Team Environment: Work\nalongside experienced pediatricians, NPs/PAs, and nursing staff

Compensation & Benefits:

\n\n

• Competitive salary range of\n$120,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience

Requirements:

\n\n

• Completion of an accredited\nNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• National certification as a\nPediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP or FNP with pediatric experience) or\nPhysician Assistant (PA-C)
• Current and unrestricted\nlicense to practice in Pennsylvania
• Pediatric experience\npreferred (new graduates with strong pediatric rotations are welcome to apply)
• Excellent interpersonal and\ncommunication skills
