Paving & Pools Repair Manager/Estimator

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (projects across Palm Beach County)

Responsibilities

• Start the repair crew each morning; align scope, quality, and client expectations.
• Run 1 to 3 repair leads/day (typical ticket $1.2k-$4k): site visit, measure, price, estimate on the spot, and close.
• Schedule approved work, coordinate materials, and monitor the single repair crew to completion.
• Document photos/measurements in CompanyCam; track jobs, notes, and follow-ups in LMN.
• Deliver responsive client communication and clean, professional site presence.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 or more years in construction, hardscape, pool, or exterior trades (strongly preferred).
• Confidence measuring hardscape areas; practical understanding of paver/stone repair.
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable switching between field and client visits.
• Tech-savvy enough to learn CompanyCam and LMN quickly.
• Clean driving license (company vehicle for this role).

Pay & benefits

• Highly competitive base salary + commission
• On-target earnings: $80,000 to $100,000 (performance-based)
• Growth path into broader ops/sales leadership as we scale.

Schedule

• Full-time, W-2 Employee.
• Monday-Friday; occasional flexibility as needed for clients.
