**Overview**
The Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.
**Pay** : $15.64/HR
**Shift:** Wed-Sun 4p to 12:30a
**Essential Functions**
+ Cleans and maintains parking garage and surrounding areas.
+ Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner
+ Removes trash, cleans elevators and entrances, and paints deck floors and curbs.
+ Removes cobwebs, clean signs, shutters, windows, and stairwells.
+ Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
+ Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
+ Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
**Responsibilities**
+ Must keep supply closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order.
+ Matches visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collects proper payment from visitors and distributes correct change
+ Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
+ Immediately reports any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
+ Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary.
+ Safely operate power equipment, as needed.
**Qualifications**
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ Must have minimum of 1 year of relevant cleaning experience.
+ Must have a valid driver's license
