Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year A bit about us: Our client is actively recruiting for an experienced paralegal to join their growing practice in Houston! The opportunity is with a well respected firm that specializes in public finance and municipal law on behalf of developers, local governments, and state agencies . The incoming paralegal will join an established tight-knit team and handle a myriad of engaging support responsibilities related to the development of municipal utility and special purpose districts. Interested candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a similar setting. Core job responsibilities include: Board meeting preparation, attendance, and preparation/posting of agendas, meeting documents, and meeting minutes Contract review and administration, including bond and insurance review, contract progress tracking, and execution Document preparation for issuance of public securities Real estate conveyances related to public infrastructure projects Regulatory compliance and administration tracking The partners are seeking a charismatic team-oriented paralegal with exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a great work ethic.
