Job Description

We are looking for a candidate that has at least 1 year of OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE and is not afraid to hunt for new business.

The ideal candidate will be one that has 1-5 years of experience selling SaaS or selling a service which has a longer sales cycle.

In this role you will be selling the largest provider of mobile surveillance services and remote surveillance AI in the US. They have quickly become a preferred service provider for commercial construction, utilities, automotive dealerships, oil & gas among others.

Please note this is an Outside Sales Rep position and you will be working remotely and, on the road, looking for new business. If you have a hunter mindset and are money motivated this is the ideal position for you. Expected travel is around 50% within your territory.

Your territory will cover North Texas Dallas…looking for candidates that live in Plano.

Summary/Objective
As an Outside Sales Rep you will be responsible for generating profitable revenue by sourcing new customers, growing and retaining existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service.  This is not a position for Account Managers or Order Takers. This is a position for a HUNTER and is responsible for building a new territory with a proven service/product.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas set by the company.
  • Create and execute a proactive sales plan, consistently prospecting new business opportunities.
  • Apply BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing) principles to assess leads, ensuring each opportunity aligns with the company’s target profile and is positioned to close.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing all opportunities through Salesforce.
  • Cultivate relationships with target accounts at all levels, employing direct sales techniques and conducting on-site meetings.
  • Promote the company’s value proposition by providing technical solutions that support clients in meeting or exceeding their goals.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other prospecting intelligence resources to enhance outreach.
  • Negotiate and close sales or service agreements with clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s solutions and services and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years of sales experience; experience selling software (SaaS) and/or service-based opportunities are a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address customer needs.
  • Proficient in applying BANT methodology to assess and prioritize sales opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present tailored information effectively.
  • Skilled in Salesforce CRM (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

$65K base salary plus commissions...$500 a month car allowance, $100 a month cell phone reimbursement.

First year OTE $120-$130K

We are looking for Hunters not Farmers as well as a prefer a bachelor’s degree, but a degree is not required if you have a have Outside Sales experience.
