Job Description
Pay range is based upon driving schedule.
*Semi Regional Driver* (5 days out, 2 days home weekly) Guarantee Pay $900/minimum weekly
*Regional Driver* (6 days out, home for 34 hour reset) Guarantee Pay $1,000/minimum weekly
*14/2 Driver* (14 days out, 2 days home consecutively) Guarantee Pay $1,200/minimum weekly

*Pay: Base CPM plus assessorial pay included*
· Stop off Pay – Additional $15
· Safety Bonus – Additional .03/per mile
· Productivity bonus- Additional .03/per mile
· Drop/Hook- $5 each, totaling $10
· Live Load/Live Unload - $20 each, totaling $40
· Detention Pay- $20 per hour (after 1 hour of sitting)
· Break Down Pay- $20 per hour (instantaneously)
· Paid hourly additional when filing in for shuttle or spotting work
· Month Performance Bonus
· Weekly Guarantee Pay Program
· Yearly Longevity Bonus (paid at yearly anniversary)
*Qualifications/Requirements:*
- Active Class A CDL holder
- 21 years of age
- Good work history and driving record
- Must be able to pass D.O.T. Physical and Hair Follicle Drug Screen
- No DUI/DWI or any other alcohol/drug related conviction in the last 5 years
- No license suspensions in the past 12 months
- Experience is not needed. However, candidates with under 12+months of experience pulling 53ft dry van trailers will be required to complete our training program. Please visit our website to learn more about our Finishing Program.
