Orthodontic Technician – Dental Laboratory.

Location: Philadelphia, PA.

We are seeking a talented Orthodontic Technician to join our growing dental laboratory team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality orthodontic appliances that improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate a wide range of orthodontic appliances, including retainers, expanders, lingual bars, and other custom devices.
• Ensure accuracy, fit, and aesthetics in all appliances produced.
• Collaborate closely with other technicians and the clinical team to meet quality and turnaround standards.
• Utilize various materials and techniques to deliver consistent, reliable results.
• Contribute to maintaining an efficient, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Participate in ongoing improvements to workflows and lab processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fabricating orthodontic appliances (retainers, expanders, lingual bars, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and specifications with precision.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new methods and technologies.
• Preferred: Experience with digital workflows and/or 3D printing.
