We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our Organizational Change Management practice and work directly with clients on high impact projects. In this role, you will partner with client leaders and teams to guide them through change with clarity, empathy, and measurable results. You will develop and execute change management strategies that enable the smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working; design clear, engaging communications that connect with people at all levels; facilitate workshops that build confidence and readiness; and collaborate closely with project teams to align change activities with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading change across diverse industries and projects, are a strong communicator, skilled facilitator, and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. In this role, you will do more than manage change, you will inspire it, create positive momentum and help the client embrace change with confidence.


Responsibilities

Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to assess organizational impacts, define success measures, and develop change management strategies that drive user adoption.

Design and implement comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, and readiness assessments.

Create and execute training strategies that equip stakeholders with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Conduct stakeholder analysis and build a strong Change Champion Network to promote buy-in and sustain momentum.

Create clear, compelling communication strategies that convey the project vision, impacts, and benefits across all organizational levels.

Monitor organizational readiness through surveys, assessments, and feedback tools; recommend and implement adjustments to maximize adoption and engagement.

Define and track adoption, engagement, and performance metrics to measure the success of change initiatives.

Develop sustainment plans to embed changes into business processes and maintain long term adoption.

Identify potential change risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Capture lessons learned from past initiatives to inform future change efforts and continuously improve change practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of related work experience in Organizational Change Management
  • 5 or more years of related work experience in designing and delivering training
  • Practical knowledge and experience with Prosci methodology
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and relationship building skills
  • Must have experience influencing stakeholders in written and oral communications
  • Expertise in Change Management tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with training platforms and eLearning development tools
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training across multiple formats (instructor led, virtual, self-paced)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high quality training materials in various formats
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Additional requirements:
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Authorized to work in the US for any employer
  • Local in the Chicagoland area
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
