TITLE: Operations Manager
REPORTS TO: General Manager
LOCATION: Denver, CO
SALARY: $60,000-$70,000
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across office, warehouse, and field teams. This role is heavily focused on process execution, ERP system management, and operational efficiency to support new construction projects.

We have a proven track record that includes a vast portfolio of multi-family and senior assisted-living projects as well as holding the status of national flooring vendor for retail/big-box outlets, completing projects throughout the country.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Master and oversee RFMS modules: Bid Pro, Order Entry, Inventory, and Schedule Pro.
- Train and support Project Coordinators, Warehouse Managers, and other operational staff.
- Ensure work orders align with project SOVs and maintain accurate inventory tracking.
- Develop and enforce standardized inventory cycle counts and quarterly audits.
- Set expectations for warehouse operations, including material receiving, shipping, and documentation.
- Work with purchasing to maintain a 30-day stock supply for key materials.
- Attend weekly project production and launch meetings.
- Oversee billing accuracy and submission processes.
- Support hiring, training, and performance reviews for operations team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Construction contract experience required.
- Flooring industry experience preferred.
- Experience with RFMS or similar ERP software is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
