On-Call Material Sorter Needed - As-Needed Basis


We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as On-Call Material Sorters. This position is perfect for those looking for flexible, on-demand work. As an on-call sorter, you'll assist with sorting recyclable materials to ensure proper disposal and recycling procedures are followed.


Location: Shakopee, MN


Wage: $19 - $19.28/hr.


Hours:

On-Call, As-Needed Basis, part-time with potential to be full-time based on needs and performance

First shift: 6:30 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday

OR

Second shift: 3:30 pm - 12 am, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities of the material sorter:

• Sort recyclables from waste materials.
• Ensure proper segregation of items based on recycling guidelines.

Requirements of the material sorter:

• Ability to work on an as-needed basis, with flexible hours.
• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to recycling standards.
• Previous experience in recycling or waste management is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to work in a cold and dusty environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and wear safety boots
• Reliable transportation to commute to and from the workplace
