Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Device Giant, you are the frontline support for our customers. Your role is vital in upholding our reputation for exceptional service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing

  • Provide necessary support to local customers.
  • Cover store operations, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
  • Conduct daily checks with the warehouse team.
  • Address any customer inquiries related to deliveries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist and coordinate shipping of ecommerce orders with shipping team

2. Local Order Coordination:

  • Process local business customers orders and pickups

3. Returns Processing:

  • Process customer returns
  • Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) for daily tasks and ensure accuracy in RMA

4. Task Coordination and Quality Assurance:

  • Make sure all tasks are being performed by staff.
  • Assign tasks to different departments and coordinate with various departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and check daily tasks of Testing, Data Entry, and Repair departments to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or related roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Ebay, and Shopify
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
