Ensure every team member knows and understands the product assortment and how to outfit customers appropriately. Be the energy creator in the store and infuse that energy throughout the team. Complete store operational requirements by handling appropriate scheduling needs. Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training team members. Perform in-store as a coach and example to fellow team members. Achieve personal and store sales goals. Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and planograms. Style short videos and images for social media with the team (minimum of 3 per week). Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Discover new promotional opportunities (e.g., attending expos, college fairs, pop-ups). Lead in-store operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs rolled out through store owners. Work alongside leadership to ensure proper review procedures are accomplished in store. Lead the team in achieving sales goals and report data to leadership. Participate in consistent leadership training and coaching calls to foster a growing community in store.
