Overview We are seeking a skilled NetSuite ERP & Salesforce CRM Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our client's enterprise systems. This role will serve as the primary administrator for both platforms, ensuring data integrity, user access control, system integrations, and business process improvements. You will collaborate with IT, Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners to drive efficiency and digital transformation across the organization. Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM, including user roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and reports. Ensure data quality through audits, cleanup, and deduplication; manage integrations with tools such as Shopify, SPS Commerce, Power BI, and Celigo. Customize systems to align with evolving business needs and improve process efficiency. Provide training, documentation, and Tier 2/3 support to users. Enforce governance, security, and compliance policies. Qualifications 3+ years of experience administering NetSuite and/or Salesforce. Familiarity with ERP and CRM data structures, workflows, and reporting. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and system performance.
