About this role:

As a Nephrologist,you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

• Primary sites include Intermountain McKay Dee and Logan regional hospitals
• Employment is with the Intermountain Medical Group and will be based in Ogden, Utah
• Physician will collaborate with Intermountain nephrologists, advanced practice providers and nurse navigators to deliver general nephrology care in outpatient clinic, hospital, dialysis, and telehealth settings
• Ideal candidate will contribute to a patient-centered, value-based care delivery model and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a culture of teamwork and multi-disciplinary collaboration
• Medical director and/or other clinical leadership experience desirable
• Teaching/learning mindset and home dialysis interest is a plus
• Participation educational conferences is supported

Compensation:

Base: $412,600.00 annually

Quality Incentive: up to $20,000.00

This position includes a$30,000starting bonus,up to $20,000in relocation assistance, residency stipend and $75,000in student loan repayment when applicable

What youllbring:

• MD or DO degreefrom a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• US ACGMEaccredited residency
• ABMS board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• BLS certification and DEA
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healthscredentialing process
• Candidates requiringVisa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
