Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
Background in Injection Molding, dryers, thermolators, etc.
Train and Supervisor all operators on the shift.
Supervise all resources on your shift, including materials, quality, and production.
Accountable for regular and consistent attendance of employees on shift, advises Human Resources daily if an employee is late or absent.
Ensure machines are cycling on cycle and within specifications.
Ability to troubleshoot quality, productivity, safety, yield, or equipment issues.
