Production Workers - 2nd Shift!

Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Production Worker / Order Filler to join their team. You will be part of the fulfillment team and assist with filling orders and delivering high quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker - Order Filler/Puller

Location: Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Examine and inspect materials, or products to ensure product quality and packing.
• Measure, weigh, and cound products and materials
• Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment based on customer specifications.
• Record product, packaging, and order information.
• Seal containers and materials
• Assemble, line, and build palletizing containers
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift or pallet jacks safely and efficiently (training will be provided).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome all candidates eager to learn.
• Ability to lift between 10-25 lbs and stand for 10+ hours.
• Strong commitment to following safety protocols and procedures.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting production goals.
• Willingness to assist with inventory management and report discrepancies.
