Support our Marketing Operations and Email program by helping build scalable processes, implement and manage world-class technology, and improve the conversion of our leads. 

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience to help build the ideal operations program with Hubspot as the foundational platform. Join us! 

Duties you will love to do: 

• Marketing Automation:
• Develop, imple ment, and optimize automated marketing workflows using HubSpot to score and nurture leads and engage customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email marketing campaigns
• Implement A/B tests
• Utilize intent data for prioritization and conversion
• Monitor email performance metric and provide actionable insights
• Continuously improve email deliverability by managing bounces, spam complaints, and list health
• CRM Management:
• Support the maintenance and optimization of our HubSpot CRM to ensure data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and efficient lead management processes
• Support proper tracking and attribution within Hubspot to assist the Demand Generation team in creating reports that track the success of specific channels and programs
• Build integrations with Hubspot or other applications
• Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and usage
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Partner with teams to document, evaluate, and improve marketing processes and data management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of lead flow and conversion
• Empower marketing teams with self-serve reporting mechanisms in Hubspot and GA4
• Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared and feedback is encouraged
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on goals and objectives
• Identify and share best practices across content to drive efficiency within the business

Minimum Qualifications:

• A marketer who can tell stories that resonate with our target audience
• Service-minded, curious, detailed, organized
• Passion for data, designing, troubleshooting, fixing, and strong project management aptitudes like follow-through
• Wonderful verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoys an agile and fast paced environment
• Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing functions, funnels, and digital marketing strategies & tactics
• 1-3 years of marketing operations and email automation experience especially with Hubspot and Google Analytics. Knowledge of compliance regulations like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA. Certifications are a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus
• Zapier, Google Tag Manager, Chilipiper, Intent data platforms, and other operation technology experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experien ce
