Marketing Manager
Thomasville, GA l Temp to Perm l $19.00 - $28.00 / Hour

We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager to join a local personal injury law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the firm’s visibility and attract new clients. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to effectively manage our marketing efforts and ensure compliance with legal advertising standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase firm visibility and attract new clients
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Create engaging content for the firm’s website, blog, and social media platforms
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure marketing materials are compliant with legal advertising rules and effectively communicate the firm’s value proposition
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and web designers, as needed
• Develop and maintain the firm’s branding, ensuring consistency across all platforms
• Plan and execute community outreach initiatives and events to strengthen the firm’s local presence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in legal or professional services marketing
• Experience with legal marketing, particularly within personal injury law
• Familiarity with ethical rules and advertising guidelines for legal services
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and graphic design tools
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
• Clean Criminal Background Record
• Clean drug screen

Location: Thomasville, GA

Pay Range: $19.00 - $28.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
