Adecco is seeking a skilled and proactive Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality goods, maintaining machinery, and supporting safety and quality control measures. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in driving our production processes. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity!
Rotating Shifts : Work 12-hour shifts (7 pm - 7 am) with a 4-day on, 3-day off followed by a 3-day on, 4-day off schedule.
Starting pay : 30 - 38/hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:· Machine Operation and Maintenance:
o Operate and troubleshoot injection molding machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
o Perform process adjustments and cold starts on all products.
o Set up and calibrate molds, connect water circuits, and manage mold heaters.
o Start-up and cycle in new jobs to maintain production flow.
o Document processes, log changes, and record data accurately.
· Quality Control:
o Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
o Conduct product inspections and ensure product quality meets specifications.
o Assist in material management, including processing scrap and regrind.
o Provide part and mold design assistance, understanding mold functions and types.
o Report any molds and machines requiring maintenance to the supervisor.
· Automation and Technology:
o Set up and program robots, conveyors, labelers, and TTLs.
o Utilize basic and advanced computer skills for documentation and data analysis.
o Control and coordinate resin blends, understanding plastic raw materials.
Qualifications:· High school diploma or GED.
· Minimum of 5 years in Plastics Injection.
· Strong understanding of production processes and machine maintenance.
· Effective communication skills in English.
