Mon-Fri 2:30pm-10pm Voluntary OT on Saturdays
Manpower is assisting a premiere industrial manufacturer local to Ellabell, GA in hiring maintenance technicians to join their team. These roles are with an amazing company that offers TOP tier benefits and a state of the art facility! The Maintenance Technician Provides First Line Support for all Production Machinery, Automated Equipment, and Conveyor systems.
Skilled Required for this role Include:
• Preventative maintenance: Regularly inspecting and servicing machinery according to established schedules to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnosing malfunctions on industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and performing necessary repairs by replacing parts or adjusting settings.
• Machine installation and alignment: Installing new machinery and ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Reading technical manuals: Interpreting technical documentation to understand equipment operation and repair procedures.
• Basic welding and fabrication: Performing minor welding or fabrication tasks as needed for repairs.
• Maintaining records: Documenting maintenance activities, including parts used, repair details, and equipment status.
• Using: MTTR/MTBF, lean manufacturing, and root cause analysis
