Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Oxford, NC 27565

Duration: 06+ Months (High Possibility of Extension)

Shift: 07.00am - 03:30PM

Qualifications:

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• 3 years of Supervisory experience
• 1 year experience with SAP CMMS preferred.
• Strong emphasis on reliability centered maintenance.
• Knowledge of storeroom policies and practices, knowledge of SAP, Knowledge of 5s methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising maintenance staff
• Responsible for ensuring that all machinery and mechanical equipment are operating as designed
• Responsible for coordinating with the planner and stores supervisor the procurement of parts and material for the facility
• Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results Responsible to help in maintaining high standards associated with foreign material exclusion, procedures adherence, and quality maintenance practices
• Responsible for training junior maintenance staff on preventive maintenance, recurring, maintenance, machine repairs and diagnosing problems with the equipment.
• Participate in causal analysis activities in support of world class manufacturing objectives
