Requirements are below:
*perform your pre-check before operating your assigned machine(s)
*understand and follow the SOP for operations of the machine
*verify with lead or supervisor that the correct products & materials are being produced.
*ensure product type, containers, and packaging match production sheets.
*monitor operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistency.
*maintain a steady process flow to ensure the production of high-quality products.
*perform machine changeovers and setups to accommodate correct product sizes.
*start and stop the machine efficiently to minimize downtime.
*record any downtime, issues, or concerns with the machine during the shift.
*keep work area organized and cleaned at all times during your shift
