Job Description

We are excited to invite a motivated and experienced Luxury Travel Advisor specializing in European destinations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to the clients of our travel agency partners, who cater to discerning luxury travelers. Your expertise in crafting unique travel experiences will be essential as you build strong relationships and help clients explore the wonders of Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our partner travel agencies and their luxury clientele, offering personalized, attentive, and informative services.
Utilize persuasive communication and strong closing techniques to turn leads into successful bookings.
Design bespoke luxury travel itineraries that align with clients' preferences, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to managing a high volume of leads while consistently exceeding sales targets.
Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage any issues that arise during the booking and travel process, maintaining open availability for clients.
Build and nurture relationships with partner agencies through effective communication, regular updates, proactive follow-ups, and engaging support, fostering repeat bookings.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, travel preferences, and bookings using our internal CRM system.
Stay informed about the latest luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide clients with insightful recommendations.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Agent, with a specialization in booking European itineraries—your passion for Europe is essential!
Basic understanding of margins versus markups.
Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and ensure client satisfaction, serving as their main point of contact while traveling.
Proven relationship-based sales skills, with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritize as needed.
A keen eye for detail, enabling you to provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences.
Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and travel reservation software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
