*LPN Supervisor Qualifications:*
* Active LPN license
* Proficiency in complex medical conditions and geriatric care.
* Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
* Experience in training and enhancing clinical competencies.
* Track record in implementing risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
* Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership or supervision, preferably in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting.
*LPN Supervisor Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies.
* Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices, documentation, and outcomes.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluation and coaching.
* Direct day-to-day nursing operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and staff assignments.
