•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
•10+ years of experience in low-voltage cabling, including hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex low-voltage solutions
•10+ years of proven experience in leadership and team management, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals
•Strong knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and compliance requirements
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the low voltage practice, aligning it with the company's overall objectives.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of install professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 10+ individuals
• Implementation Oversight : Ensure the successful implementation of projects, monitoring progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Quality Assurance : Establish and maintain best practices, quality standards, and performance metrics to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Technology Evaluation : Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential applicability to client needs.
