The Early Intervention Service Coordinator (SC) is a professional case management position responsible for assuring the provision of Early Intervention services to all eligible children from birth to three (3) years of age, and their families in accordance with the individualized Family Service Plan. The SC is responsible for providing a full range of case management services designed to meet the child's developmental needs, by ensuring access to, and coordinating and monitoring resources and services. This work involves the application of problem-solving techniques, providing support to maximize service delivery and achieve service plan goals, monitoring consumer behavior and the delivery of services and interacting with agencies which comprise the service network for the individuals being served. The employee is expected to exercise initiative and judgment in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the position.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within two months of graduating with a qualifying degree/credits.
Other Requirements:
Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
