Job Description

We are recruiting for a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with experience in personal injury law to join a local growing legal team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, and is capable of supporting attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and medical summaries.
• Organize and maintain case files, conduct legal and factual research, and manage deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and expert witnesses.
• Assist in preparing trial exhibits and coordinating with court personnel.
• Translate documents and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a personal injury law firm or department.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Strong understanding of court procedures, rules of civil procedure, and personal injury case management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Paralegal certification preferred but not required.
