Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Calabasas, CA, with some work from home flexibility, for a Litigation Associate Counsel. The individual will be responsible for managing and resolving family law cases from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. The role requires ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and effective legal practice. As a Litigation Associate Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging family law matters while collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals. Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in family law litigation
  • Strong understanding of Law and Legal Issues
  • Experience in providing Legal Advice and managing legal documentation
  • Familiarity with court procedures and processes
  • Effective Negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admittance to the State Bar of California
