Job Description

We are looking for reliable and detail-focused Line Assemblers to join our growing production team. This role requires a strong safety mindset, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Starting pay $23.53 - 1st shift, $24.53 - 2nd shift, $25.03 - 3rd shift.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Consistently follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, part lists, routing sheets, and other forms of instruction (written, digital, or verbal)
• Handle a variety of materials and components to complete assigned assembly tasks according to production schedules
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment to assemble, test, manipulate, and move parts and final units
• Inspect work using gauges, measuring instruments, and visual checks to verify conformance with work instructions and product specifications
• Accurately complete documentation including quality checklists and data entry into electronic tracking systems
• Identify and report production or equipment issues through proper reporting channels
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including devices like charging units, water jets, cranes, tuggers, and vacuum systems
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand/arm movements; may occasionally need to work at elevated heights (over 4 feet)

• Ability to comprehend and apply technical instructions and diagrams
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
• Physically capable of performing repetitive and labor-intensive tasks
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual labor.
• Dexterity in handling small tools and machine components.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and potentially noisy manufacturing environment.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Potential exposure to dust, fumes, and noise in the production area.
• Compliance with all company safety and environmental protocols is required.
