Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions to address a variety of mental health issues.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Proven experience in providing individual, group, and family counseling.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual skills (preferred, but not required).
