Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting the right insurance policies, with a focus on our Final Wishes™ product and other life insurance lines.
• Provide tailored quotes and guide clients through their policy options.
• Support customers with policy renewals and make necessary adjustments to ensure they remain adequately covered.
• Educate clients on policy benefits and coverage options, helping them make well-informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Cross-sell additional insurance and ancillary products to meet a variety of client needs.

Qualifications:

• Life Insurance License (required).
• Health Insurance License (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple clients and tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to travel with reliable transportation.
