New Spa!!! Are you a PORE-fectionist? At our Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Rosenberg 77471 We are seeking Licensed Estheticians who are looking for a long-term role in a
stable and
positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high quality, result driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment.
Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skin care including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, DiamondGlow, Cryoskin, Pro Pen by Dermalogica as well as the classics - Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peels. Our Estheticians love the opportunity to
build a treatment plan for their clients that may incorporate one or more of these progressive treatment options, as well as curated homecare suggestions. Spa Professionals can build rapport leading to repeat business with our membership model.
We understand our Estheticians are a critical link to creating outstanding customer experiences. Your expertise in skin care and product knowledge will make you an important part of our team. We book your appointments and provide all supplies so you can focus on the client. Education is a huge focus and is offered on an ongoing basis through Education on Demand platforms, local showcases and more.
Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level skin care services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients goals
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
Contributing to the cleanliness of the spa
Job Requirements: Strong retail and in-room upgrade record.
Carry liability insurance.
Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians.
