What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement employer products to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal team
- Partner with product teams to conduct beta tests and provide feedback on new features
- Serve as a liaison between legal subject matter experts and product development teams
- Develop strategies to communicate the benefits of the employer's solutions to marketing and field teams
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation within the Legal department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal operations experience, focusing on technology implementation and process improvement
- Experience with legal technologies supporting agreement processes, such as contract lifecycle management
- Familiarity with generative AI and machine learning tools in legal operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
