Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist senior attorneys with case documents, including organizing, filing, and writing case summaries;
- Participate in case research, collect, organize and analyze relevant legal texts, cases, academic literature and other materials;
- Assisting in the preparation of materials for court hearings, including but not limited to indictments, defense pleadings, and lists of evidence;
- Assisting in conducting legal due diligence and preparing investigation reports;
- Assisting in conducting client interviews, recording and organizing the content of the interviews;
- Participate in drafting and revising legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, agreements, legal opinions, etc;
- Tracking case progress and updating case progress reports in a timely manner;
