What You’ll Do Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and present the community’s features Manage leads, follow‑ups, and communications through ResMan Process applications, prepare leases, and handle renewals Assist with resident relations and provide outstanding customer service Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation Support marketing efforts, including online listings and outreach Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, and inspections Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams for smooth operations What You’ll Bring ResMan software experience is required Previous leasing experience in multifamily housing preferred Strong communication and sales skills Professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks Why Join NPM Residential?
