Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
6+ years of professional modern Java Software Engineering
Strong experience in Computer Science fundamentals (Data Structures, Algorithms, Multithreading)
Familiarity with data pipelines, and backend-heavy architectures
Strong communications and collaboration skills
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience with Fintech systems
Prior work with early-stage startup or small engineering team.
Experience with data architecture and interest in AI/ML-driven products
