The Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides mental health support through a private practice model, utilizing Headway's platform for management and operational support. Clinicians have the flexibility to set their schedules and increase their patient load while receiving assistance with insurance credentialing and administrative tasks. This position allows for a combination of in-person and telehealth sessions, making mental health care more accessible for both practitioners and patients.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour
