The Miami office of Pozo-Diaz & Pozo, P.A. is currently seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Office Clerk to support the firm’s litigation and management function.
Qualifications/Competencies
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient use of technology
Prior law firm experience is a plus
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Provide general office support, including answering phones
Assist with data entry and document management
Create and manage content to support the firm’s social media strategy
Offer technical support, including troubleshooting computer and software issues; assist with workstation set-ups
Maintain an organized work environment
Handle special projects, as requested
