• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy upon arrival.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendar to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry to support office operations.
• Utilize CRM system to manage client information and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

• Receptionist experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in CRM system;
• Strong administrative experience:
• Proficient in typing (Determined by an Assessment)
