Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JCER missions in order to provide the JCER Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations.

Required Experience:

• Creating and maintaining a records management (RM) program to include retaining records, in any medium, until they are eligible for destruction per Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Manual (CJCSM) 5760.01A, Volume (Vol.) II, Disposition Schedule;
• Managing a RM program at multiple classifications levels including developing policies, ensuring procedures are executed per federal statutes and regulations, and providing assistance and guidance for all aspects of RM;
• Ensuring organizational records are protected from mutilation, alienation, or unauthorized disposition (i.e., destruction), in all media formats; and
• At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience.

Duties Include:

• Create, maintain, and preserve the organization's official record management program;
• Identify and maintain essential records which provide for a continuous set of records reflecting the organization's functions, policies, procedures, operations, and other actions of the Command having historical, legal, research, or public interest value; and
• Assists and works closely with software developers, information managers, data managers, and knowledge managers as part of the knowledge management team to ensure that the entire knowledge management program is successful, and policies are adhered to.
