In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team’s efforts to empower the Department of Defense’s navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats. Responsibilities include bringing senior level insight to JNWC training and exercise support; developing training products, documents, requirements, strategies, training materials, and providing instruction in support of SIGINT/EW and operational support; developing and updating Tactical through Strategic Intelligence Systems/Capabilities training products/classes/documents and presenting training to units regarding current and future capabilities; providing support to operational tests, training product support using the Training Development Capability (TDC) database, and daily operational IT support; providing training including GPS 101 and NAVWAR 101 to internal and external customers; supporting customer training requirements by integrating NAVWAR into strategic, operational, and tactical exercises; overseeing and coordinating all exercise support; preparing, routing, and reviewing all documents as required for JNWC exercises; creating, maintaining, and reviewing exercise planning annexes and checklists; ensuring JNWC exercises are conducted in accordance with local, state, federal, or local national law; writing technical and non-technical reports on preliminary findings from exercises; creating and maintaining scenario plans for future exercises; coordinating with CCMD, local and HHQ planners to capture concerns for NAVWAR action officers; supporting PNT Vulnerability Assessments (PVAs) to identify capability gaps, operational risks, and capture knowledge to enhance PNT superiority. Qualifications required include 10 years relevant experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, BA/BS in related field, and current TS/SCI clearance. Desired qualifications include preferred experience in a deployed PNT environment and formal instructor certification via a military course/program.
