Our client, a Japanese Energy company is searching for a Japanese Bilingual Global Mobility Senior Manager to join their team.

Title: Japanese Bilingual Global Mobility Senior Manager
Industry: Oil & Gas

Location: Houston TX

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Native or business level of Japanese language skills
• 5 years of experience in expat support and HR management
• Experience in payroll, benefits, visa processing and expat support
• Strong communication, collaboration and cultural integration skills

JOB DUTIES:
• Provide expats support such as payroll, benefits and tax filing
• Communicate with HQ in Japan to manage benefit program
• Support on/offboarding process for expat and their family
• Manage visa processing and renewals
• Work with other department members, officers and senior management
