As an Area Manager, you will manage Store Level Profit and Loss, including sales and financials. You will be responsible for maintaining Operations, Excellence in Service, and demonstrate exceptional leadership behavior. Area Manager Responsibilities Recognizing outstanding work performance while providing necessary constructive feedback Training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining your store's Team Members and Shift Managers Ensuring that all business and productivity metrics, including sales, budgets, and staffing are met Reviewing business practices, determining the needs of the customers and team members and identifying performance opportunities to create strategies that improve overall business performance.
