Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage our IT operations nationwide. The ideal candidate will be based out of our corporate office in Pleasanton, CA, and will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of IT systems across multiple locations. This role requires extensive experience in managing IT services, supporting helpdesk operations, and coordinating IT resources to ensure the seamless operation of our business nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day IT operations for multiple locations across the country, ensuring systems, networks, and technologies are operating efficiently.
* Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets, providing timely troubleshooting and technical support for staff across various locations.
* Lead the setup and configuration of IT infrastructure for new office locations, ensuring all systems are installed, tested, and operational before launch.
* Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain security, data integrity, and system reliability.
* Work closely with department heads to identify and address technology needs, including hardware, software, and network solutions.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of follow-through on IT issues or requests, ensuring user satisfaction.
* Travel to other company locations as required to support IT installations, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
Requirements:
* Must be flexible to travel to our new locations across the nation.
* Must have experience in an IT Management role overseeing multiple locations.
* Great expertise with helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting.
* Experience with new location set up procedures
* Excellent costumer service and good follow through
Salary: 75k -85k
