OPERATIONS MANAGER IRRIGATION & LIGHTING
Full-time | $52,000+++ | Based in Port Charlotte
Hands-on role | Outdoor work | Company Vehicle Provided

Were looking for a strong, dependable leader to help run our daily operations in irrigation and lighting services. If youve got experience in the field and can lead a team to get the job done right we want to meet you!

What Youll Do:
Lead the team out in the field
Plan the days work and keep the schedule on track
Train new employees and keep everyone safe
Make sure the job is done right and on time
Help order materials, keep track of tools, and keep things running smoothly
Jump in and help the team when needed
Talk to customers and keep them happy
Work with sales and office teams to hit goals

What Were Looking For:

• 10+ years working in commercial irrigation & lighting
• Youve led teams before and know how to get people moving
• Youre organized , on-time, and serious about doing things right
• Youre comfortable using a computer and tracking projects
• Youve got a valid drivers license and dont mind working outdoors
• Youre not afraid to get your hands dirty

The Details:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb, and work in all types of weather
• This job includes both field work and management duties
• Pay based on experience we pay well for the right person

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 45 per week
