Title: Inventory Associate-Shipping Receiving

Location: Andover, MA

Duration: 6+ months

Openings: 2

Standard work hours.

POSITION SUMMARY

PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Operate a pallet jack
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, bending, lifting for extended periods.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or stockroom role
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, data entry and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485)
• Experience working in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, etc.).
